FOUNDER AND CEO

As the Founder and Managing Director of Evolify, Tiaan Kleinhans leads with integrity and a people-first approach. His journey began in sales, where he developed a deep understanding of customer needs, relationship building, and service excellence. Over time, this foundation grew into more than five years of expertise in team motivation, training, performance management, and operational efficiency.

Tiaan’s core expertise lies in organizational and sales development, with a focus on specialised lead generation and tailored skills development programs that align with prospect and business needs. He has a proven track record of helping teams and organizations optimize their processes, improve conversion outcomes, and achieve sustainable growth.

His leadership career includes significant roles within the Financial Service provider industry where he advanced from sales and data operations into specialist positions such as Motivation & Development Executive and Integration Trainer within a SDR environment. In these roles, he designed training programs, strengthened performance management systems, streamlined operations through data-driven insights, and cultivated high-performance teams through his unique leadership and training skills.

Beyond his corporate career, Tiaan has been deeply engaged in leadership and representation. During his student years at North-West University (Potchefstroom Campus), he held leadership positions within campus & hostel structures, sharpening his ability to manage people, projects, and strategy. His journey in the public eye began early, winning Mr Junior South Africa 2011 and Mr Junior King of the World 2012, and later, Top Model South Africa 2022. These experiences gave him first-hand exposure to public relations, media engagement, and managing diverse projects on national and international platforms.

Academically, Tiaan holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management (NQF 8) and a B.A. in Cultural and Heritage Tourism Management (NQF 7) from North-West University. He also completed a TEFL Diploma with distinction and obtained a Generic Management: Customer Service qualification (NQF 5) through the Graduate Institute for Financial Sciences.

At Evolify, Tiaan merges his academic expertise, corporate leadership, and public representation experience to deliver transformational training, coaching, and development solutions. His vision is to help organizations unlock the potential of their people, align strategy with execution, and build cultures of sustainable growth.

MARKETING & PR

As Co-Founder and Director of Evolify, Johann-Pieter (JP) Myburg brings a unique blend of creativity, strategy, and people-centred leadership. His career began in journalism, where he developed a sharp instinct for storytelling, brand positioning, and community engagement. Over several years in the media industry, he built a reputation for integrity, adaptability, and excellence, winning national awards for his writing and photography, and serving as Senior Journalist and Content Planner at Africa’s largest news agency.
JP’s professional path expanded into corporate communications, where he led municipal and educational marketing initiatives and teams. As Communication Officer at a local Western Cape Municipality, he managed crisis communication, strategic campaigns, and media relations. Later, as Marketing Manager for a Private School franchise group in Gauteng and North-West, he shaped brand strategy, executed digital campaigns, and orchestrated large-scale events. Currently serving as Social Media Officer at an internationally acclaimed hospitality and events firm in Cape Town, JP manages the organisation’s digital presence, content production, and proprietary event marketing. His work includes cross-departmental collaboration, campaign innovation, and advancing sustainability communication, highlighted by his award-winning role in several social media and CSR initiatives.
Academically, JP holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management (cum laude) and a BA in Communication from North-West University. He also completed a TEFL certificate with distinction and digital marketing training through Google. His academic record reflects consistent excellence, with distinctions across key modules in project management, information management, human resources, and marketing.
At Evolify, JP integrates his expertise in communication, AI, marketing, and business strategy to design growth-focused solutions that help organisations unlock their potential. His vision is to transform how businesses connect with people, not only through strategy and innovation but also through authenticity, storytelling, and social responsibility.
